Help !30mw green laser

Hi!
I am new here. I would like to buy a 30mw green laser, for pointing around like on walls floor and something like that.Will 30mw cause permanent damage if reflect or direct? My budget is 35-45 dollars. I would like the laser to work with one 16340 battery, the battery can or can not be included. If possible for the price the can the laser be duty free.

Less than 5mw is considered safe... But in a green, you also need to worry about ir light too. So buy a
Asher that comes with an ir filter.
