Hi guys , so meanwhile while aixiz module comes i,ve tried another thing .
Yesterday i extracted some mitsubishi 200mw diode from Sony Nec DVD burner ...im planing to use my ATX Psu for powering this thing , but fist im going to buy sime parts from hobby store... Here in Bulgaria i cant find Parts for lasers ... everything should be ordered from outside ( thats so anoying ) ..

Driver for your mitsubishi 200mw Laser Diode...

And guys could you help me , i have found
One laser diode that is Violet color but i dint know what driver i need to start it .( i suppose the diode is from some china laserpointer)
Can someone sugest some DIY solution because i must wait very long time for orders to arrive .

That circuit is a constant current driver.
Depending on the specifications of the Laser
Diode you want to use it will work. The LM317
may need heat sinking if you set it to more than
200mA-300mA even though it is rated for 1Amp.
