I believe we are supposed to introduce ourselves. I just got my first (> 5 mW) laser today. The Sanwu pocket 445nm, 500 mW. I have the Eagle Pair OD6+ for that color range. Of course I only see a dim dot through the goggles. After checking for aircraft, I will point it at the sky. Then pop some balloons. Any other ideas for fun and safe things to do.

I am a retired Electrical Engineer, so building things is on my list. Lasers, LPMs etc. Any suggestions, tips would be appreciated.
