Well... I have lenses for building an expander, but what stopped me was mounting. Alignment is going to be really critical.

After you get an expander built and mounted to a module, what were you planning on using as a housing?

If I were building this, my biggest concern would be making sure nothing gets knocked off kilter when your gun goes off.

Were this a standard handheld, it would be much easier. Given the risk of multiple rebuilds in the case of damage, I might just bite the bullet (no pun intended) and get a professionally build system. I dunno.

its only a sub 12ft air rifle, theres no kick when fired

Oh! Well, in that case, you'd probably be fine hot gluing it together. This will be a fun project.
