Have anyone a Programm to Print laser warning labels `?

Have anyone a programm where can write the :

wavelength
mw

and so on


and the programm will print the complete warning label ?

The nearest thing I know of is Dr Lava's template SVG file, which you can import into Fireworks and edit yourself. I don't have a link but DrLava may be able to send one, or you could try searching for it.
