Looking at TechLasers Infinity ll with the low divergence. The 95mw. $299. Anyone please give me some advice. 9 years ago I paid $1100 for a 7.5mw 532 with power source from MWK-Industries. I think they wanted $10000 for the 50mw back then. I had alot of fun and it still works. Any way I can refurbish that into a 100-150mw? MWK is still around but does only "serious" lasers now. Something very spiritual and aesthetic about laser light. I know Aliens use it pretty regularly.

Don't buy from techlasers. Buy a nova X-125 if you want better quality and customer service. Techlasers likes to send out untested underspec lasers and ignore any email complaints.

And we suspect the Infiniti II is actually the WL Advanced that WL got overstocked on and they're trying to sell them through TL for an even higher price (as it weren'n overpriced enough already). ::) You have no guarrantee of the power of divergence of that laser.

As can I. I can either get cheap or make just about any laser, so if you have a specific purpose in mind drop me a line via PM and I'll see what I can do. (Eg burning, cheap power, visibility, or a combination)

Yea.9 years ago is about the time I saw and bought the first 1mW red diode keychain and I couldn't belive how small it was compared to the HeNe-s I saw 'til then.If I would've seen a green laser back then I would've flipped ;D
