Has Anybody Seen or Used this Driver Before?

I found this nifty driver on a local craigslist-like website and was wondering if any of you folks had ever encountered it before. Supposedly it is capable of powering a red laser diode when 1 18650 battery is used, or a blue or green when 2x 16340 are used. The only known specs I know are that it is somehow adjustable (by shorting resistors?) and is 22mm in diameter.

Here are the photos from the listing:

Any insights are appreciated! ;)

Sure, it's pretty cheap so I think it makes sense for me to buy and test it.

I assume that by shorting the resistors labelled R160, R200, or both I could alternate between 0.7, 1.2, and 2.1 W of output. Just by doing some napkin calculations, assuming that the average red laser diode has a voltage drop of 2V, this driver should be able to output 0.35A, 0.6A, or 1.05A of current. Does my logic make sense here?

Thanks!
