SOLD

Asking price, $150 + shipping

I know this isn't laser related so please forgive me. It will however help me fund my next laser :p

My GTX 280 died. BFG sent me a replacement, it just arrived today.

I however bought a different card during the RMA process and do not need the GTX 280 anymore.

The replacement BFG GTX 280 has not been opened, still sealed inside the anti-static bag.

Feel free to send me offers.

PLEASE NOTE:

-This is a high-end card and requires LOTS of juice. Please make sure your computer / power supply can handle it.

-Shipping will be extra, I am shipping from Canada.

-I cannot offer any kind of warranty personally. It has never been opened so I have not tested it.
It is covered by lifetime warranty from BFG so perhaps it can be transferred somehow to the buyer but I cannot guarantee that.

Re: Gtx 280

I don't know honestly. I got it for $350 originally but I'm guessing it's not worth nearly as much now..

Give an offer ? (not including shipping)

Re: Gtx 280

That's fine. I just have a few concerns regarding if your computer can handle it.

I don't want to sell you something you can't use...

Please check here for it's power requirements:

GeForce GTX 280

I sent you a PM.

Re: Gtx 280

Supermaniac1423, it would help if you listed your pc's specifications so that we can judge if this card will run correctly in your system. Unless you already know about the power requirements of this card of course...

Re: Gtx 280

The problem is that people can easily get a GTX 460 for 200-230~~ bucks from ebay (new etc.), so you should really make a price for that item, like lets say - 150$ without shipping.
And since that card is still using DirectX 10.0 (no-supported DX 11.0+) and old OpenGL it's not worth for gamer to buy, and everybody else (like someone who uses computer only for work) don't need such fast graphic card.

Canada Computers still has a listing on their site for a BFG GTX 285, which is a similar card IIRC. They have it listed for $365, although it's not in stock.

Being a last-generation card, it'd probably be worth around $200-250 CAD in your new condition.

EDIT: Forgot the link, sorry. BFG GTX 285 @ Canada Computers
