Sometimes i even get a headache when viewing the 15 cm diffused beam of an unfocused 5 mW ;D

Read the article, BR lasers cant cause skin cancer, they are still in the visible part of the spectrum, only UVC can really give you skin cancer.

blu ray 405nm lasers are not UV, however can be considerd seimi close (although far from).
