The 190-548nm goggles of the first link look fine, OD 4 is good for anything that the goggles can take without melting of breaking, I'd say don't use with class IV but for the rest it looks nice.

I can only find a rating for the sports goggles of WL, OD 2 is only good up to 100mw, maybe stretch is a little higher, but not that much. But the WL sports goggles are the AL2 goggles from NoIR, and those are EN 207 rated, but only R3 532. A little wierd, but they're pricey, for $100 I think there's better available. (R means long pulse, D means CW protection)

So, considering the cheap: the dragon lasers goggles are rated and provided with an OD chart, looks good.
