im interested in your burner. what can it do, and from how far? do you know the avg output? does the dot stay small over long distances. this will be my first purchase and ive been researching the technology for a couple weeks now. again looking for a new hobby and this seems to be right up my alley. what other laser pointer on the market does this compare to in your opinion. lookin to buy one of these , like, a week ago!

It can burn through black CD case in 13 seconds when the beam is focused to 1 ~ 2 feet (adjustable focus). At 220mA the Laser output is around 150mW. At 0.5mRad beam divergence the size of the dot at 1000 meter is 0.5 meter + ~4 mm beam diameter. Other members are selling DIY Red Burner with similar specs in different hosts, but Wicked Laser Pulsar 125mW costs $250 + $30 optic kits to allow focusing the beam.
