I have these block modules in copper for testing diodes for wavelength. I don't know that it would be very easy to put this into a handheld. But, good luck with your sale, buddy.

The NUBM07E diode can easily be removed, Its not pressed into the copper square, so it can be re-mounted into a 12mm module for example without hassle (y)

Still available :)
 
Price drop :)
The Nubm07e diode can be taken out and pressed into a 12mm module if desired, then built into a HH, PL520 module the same.
Postage with-in the EU or Germany will be a cheaper price
