@dragon - Good thing I skipped the gold-plating, then! ;-) I'm glad to hear you're happy with it! I might be building some more of these in the future.
@Spyrius - I simply used the cylindrical stop from an aluminum ferrule and stop set from Home Depot. The outer diameter was already perfect for the flashlight shell, and I simply used a drill press to bore the hole out to fit the Aixiz module. I've actually designed a full-fledged module/heatsink for these in AutoCad, and I might just have some made for me soon.
