Hey guys, I'm trying to clear out some of my stuff to make room for future projects.

I am also contributing $1 to LPF for every driver sold until I am sold out. I know it's not a lot, but it still helps. :yh:

Linear drivers

LM1084 based linear driver: $8 shipped CONUS! (INTL available at extra cost)

  • Low drop out (~0.8V)
  • Input voltage: 2.6V to 10V (Limited by input capacitor)
  • Output voltage: 1.2V to 10V (Limited by output capacitor)
  • Output current: 50mA to 2000mA (5A max)
  • 2 x lithium ion batteries recommended
  • Outputs over 1A heat sink is a must! Both IC and resistors!
  • Dimensions (11mm x 17mm)
  • Continuous ground

I am limited to what resistors I have on hand which limits current setting to 50mA to 2A. Just let me know what current you want!

Also, you will need to supply your own heat sinks if over 1A!

LM1117 based linear driver: $6 shipped CONUS! (INTL available at extra cost)

  • Input voltage: 2.6V to 10V Max (Limited by input capacitor)
  • Output voltage: 1.25V to 10V (Limited by output capacitor)
  • Output current: 108mA to 800mA (950mA max)
  • 2 x lithium ion batteries recommended
  • Dimensions (7.8mm x 10.6mm)
  • Continuous ground

DIY LPM KITS

TEC based
  • DIY kit: $8 shipped CONUS (INTL available at extra cost)
  • TEC, heat sink, and voltmeter not supplied
  • You will need your own way to calibrate this LPM once completed

Screw type connectors not supplied in kit

Lenses

Acrylic AR coated lenses: $1.25 + $1.69 shipping CONUS! (INTL available at extra cost)

  • 405nm - 600nm
  • M9 x 0.5 frame
  • 10% increased output over standard acrylic lens
  • 2% increased output over 3-element glass lens
  • Recommended for under 500mW to prevent melting due to heat

Heat sinks

C6 aluminum heat sinks: $5 + $1.69 shipping CONUS (INTL available at extra cost)

  • Allen set screw included
  • Allen key not included (1.5mm)
  • Front can be polished at no extra charge just let me know!

That's it for now guys, thanks for looking!

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + misc

I'll take two of the linear drivers at the top of your post.

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + misc

They will work great, just keep in mind the drop out is about 2v and pl520s have a high vf so you will have to use 3 cells ;)

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + misc

@Spyrius: PM incoming!

@herunotsurugi: Hmm, the PL520 I'm not quite sure. I haven't tested one yet, but the looks of it has a voltage drop of around 6 volts? It's possible since it looks like they don't run at high currents.

:bumpit:

New item added! Acrylic AR coated lenses!

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + Lenses + Misc

Those lenses look noyce. I'll have to remember this when I have a use for one.

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + Lenses + Misc

how well would these work with the ML501P73 Mitsubishi 638nm 500mW Diodes?

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + Lenses + Misc

I'd be interested in getting a few Acrylic AR coated lenses sometime, and perhaps a DIY LPM board to.

Re: FS: Linear laser drivers + Lenses + Misc

@herunotsurugi: Yes, these will work great!!

@Mattronium: Just shoot me a PM when your ready!

Re: FS: Linear drivers + Lenses + Misc

:bumpit:

Added an 1117 based linear driver! Small footprint (7.8mm x 10.6mm) allows it to be able to fit inside an aixiz module.

Added C6 aluminum heat sinks!!! Can be polished at no extra cost! See first post!

Re: FS: Linear drivers + Lenses + Heat sinks + Misc

*subbed* in case i need more heat sinks in the near future

Re: FS: Linear drivers + Lenses + Heat sinks + Misc

Ah, sorry that is a different C6.
