This box contains everything you need to drive a diode up to 500mW: internal power supply and diode driver, Axiz module (glass lens), built in cooling fan and supersize heatsink to ensure long diode life. Has a regulation label on top for red lasers (650nm <300mW) but can easily be removed. Unit also includes a blue LED for appearances (easily removed)

Maximum diode voltage is set by pots inside the box, and a large knob on the outside of the box easily allows you to control the diode from 100% of the current you set to below the lasing threshold.

Price? All I ask is that you send me a bluray diode US buyers only (unit is 120v)

I might make up something similar if this sells... I'm thinking TEC and switching PSU
