I got the laser.
WHAT A DEAL!
My "200mW" laser, is putting out 175mW with only 3V on the modulation circuit.
However, it is putting out 279mW with only 4.5V on the modulation circuit (the PSU I used to test it with only has a 4.5V setting).
The output was rock steady over the 30 minute test.
The modulation circuit will take up to 5V so I figure with full power on the circuit it will be up around 300mW
