Its supposed to react to UV light not just glow. Im anxiously awaiting my first br laser, and will post pics asap. So once I do that Ill be able to answer that question for sure.

Well- if it glows after u turn out the (any) light then it is GITD but if not then it is just 'dayglow' a lightbulb makes it afterglow a little- a blacklight much more but a BR laser makes gitd really glow bright and the image lasts a good while. You can write a word of whatever and see it for several seconds. try it on a gitd frisbee. way coool :O-- it would be hard to 'write' on silly string however.

I have a feeling it won't gitd. It most likely is just a florescent type of material. But then again, I'm not an EXPERT. I do know the ingredients in the two most common types of gitd material though.. well, used to know, but if you listed the ingredients, it'd probably jog my memory.
