This is last available of this host, and is different from all the others. I opted to create one with a flex drive. This laser is driven by a flex drive at 122mA.
The diode is a PHR, and is cherry picked from a group of 15 different diodes, this was the most efficient.
The module is entirely self-contained.
It's convertible from a 2xAA host, to a 1x14500 host as demonstrated in the video below.
The laser comes with rechargeable 14500 battery.
Power output is shown in the video of the LPM reading.
