THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST. THE UNIT IS NOW SOLD
If you've been following the forum, you should have seen that I built a new Blu-ray today. My new one uses the same host as this one, but has the Merideth glass lens and I've pumped up the power on it.
I don't need two different lasers in the same host at different power levels so I'm selling one of them.
Offered for sale an 80mW blu-ray in an MXDL host. The diode is from a PHR-803t sled. It has a 100mA Rkcstr driver. It has an aiXiz module with an acrylic lens that has had the back opened up. It utilizes the very effective Jayrob heatsink. It runs on two or three 10440 batteries (3 included). It is putting out 80mW of burning power. It is clean and unblemished. This is the blu-ray laser that is in my pictures in the "my rainbow" thread

At 100mA this diode should last a good long time. I have never worried about a duty cycle with it. I have never noticed any appreciable heating.
Offered for $150 shipped in the US (foreign shipping extra)
Here it is;
Another angle
The reading
The beam shot (no smoke in a lighted room)
The camera sees the beam better than I do.
