There is nearly zero chance of the lase being 200mW. Most likely it will be in the 50-100mW range.

It really depends on whether you like the host or not. It's not a bad price though.

For $50 I'd do that in an instant. The host looks so cool, and you can expect at least 100mW. That's a lot for a green laser, it'll be very bright.
