Better late than never on giving the feedback: Ordered two-in-a-row 445nm 1000+mW 445 lasers from Yobresal, the ones he's been selling (to great success) in the threads here on the forum. After I received the first one, immediate response was that I needed to get another.
I try to leave feedback for every LPF user I transact with because I've been burned so many times by laser transactions (mostly outside of LPF mind you.) and the community really needs to know who they can go with. My short list of extremely positive transactions have been Daguin, Len/Hakzaw, MarioMaster, Glenn/Scopeguy, Jayrob, Mohrenberg -- and now Yobresal.
Anyhow, both 445's arrived in what seemed to be no more than three days each. For the price ($180), the advantages are clear:
1) Domestic seller. No customs worries.
2) Freaking lightning fast shipping.
3) Higher output than "1W" Arctic and most of its competitors.
4) Focusable.
5) (Non-exploding) batteries included.
6) Lower priced than any of the commercially built 445's.
(P.S., Yobresal: If you can build a high spec LOC/LPC/660nm in this host, i'd buy it in an instant! I'm actually hoping you can...)
I wish he was selling these things before I went through the whole Arctic fiasco.
I will be a repeat customer *for sure*, and hopefully the feedback he's getting will help: I'd recommend these builds *first* to anyone looking for a prebuilt 445.
