Melles Griot 06DLL series (LAB Laser) Laser Modules. TEC built-in use as- is or MOD IT ! $50
Super for pushing 445 to upper power due to INCLUDED TEC.
These are nice Melles units.
I have 3, they are:
1) 06DLL507
833nm, 30mW
2) 06DLL677
640nm, 10mW
3) 06DLL107
750nm, 3mW
$50 each, your choice with cable, or $40 each, I keep the cable.
Get them now, before they go on eBay.
I figure these are nice for a mod, as they include an ~ 81 element TEC and a Thermal IC for feedback.
TEC can be seen in the un-assembled photo towards the rear. Easily disassembles with hex tools.

They include the head with Shutter, Prism Pair, and cable (see above for prices). I think they are 8 pin DIN connectors. These fit my MG LD driver, and I don't need the lasers.
When new, these were likely very expensive.
I could not upload the detailed catalog pages , even when croping pages (LPF file limits), so send me a PM for them- shows all options for all in the series, based on the part numbers.
