It is an OEM driver running off of a single transistor, I love this driver because it has test points to see the mA being used in mV. It was custom built and after I bought it I haven't been able to find it again.

Here is the specs sheet I got:

you could still place an intro thread in Welcome section- We have some mighty fine members your way. Great guys every one..they try to do a meet each year NWLEM has, in the past been in Portland and Platinum (Jonathon) is the host--but I know he could use some help.. google NWLEM & SELEM to see some vids-- ANY LEM even small is a good LEM and they are super places to BS&T.. networking at its finest at LEMs..
