Flexmod1 drive broken???

lets just say i'm not a happy chappy...... just one of those days....
Anyway in my stupidity I switched the battery polarity on my Flexmod1 drive.... :'( no pooof, no smoke, no smell and now no output...
Anyone got any idea how i can repair it? :-?

All Surface mount parts and i dont have the equipment to test it properly to see whats gone wrong...

6v input... puts out 1,3v at almost no amps, 2mA last i checked...
I've re-soldered all the wires, done the setup again and still no go... might need to sent it off to a pro

Right got confirmation from the doc... it's dead, but there is hope all i need is a hot air workstation, a microscope and a new IC sounds like I'm trying to take over the world....

Just waiting for the part details and then I'm off to the shops...
