C3 host double-extended (one knockoff extension tube, so there was a threading issue on one end.)
runs 3x AA 1.2-1.5v cells and ! forgot what driver I used. It's somewhere around 1.25A. The diode is 445nm harvested. (ebay wasn't being very specific, but it looks to me that the diode is the same 1-2W diode sold on LPF by DTR, as it was listed with the same specs and diagrams)
heatsink is from mohgasm, lens is the aixiz 405/445nm lens, and the diode is press-fit into an aixiz module.
camera exposure really distorts the color of the laser in pictures...
I'm pretty satisfied with the first build. The focus ring got lost somewhere when I went testing it the first time, and I haven't seen it since. all the more reason for me to get one of those fancy looking focus adapters with the embedded tritium GITD accents
