First laser assembly?

I need around a 750nm laser with around 45-80mw power. But I can't find anything very close. So I'm looking at these:

Would this basically be all I need? So I could just assemble the module inside the torch and add batteries, and that's it?

Also, where could I find some very inexpensive goggles for this wavelength?

Well, assuming the goggles protect properly. What I meant was I don't care about design, brand, etc.

The laserlands one costs more than the Aixis one because its 5 of em
