Today I contacted Fire-Foxes about where to purchase an FF3 and how much are they.... This is what I received back

We will upgrade FF3 to FF4 in April.
And FF3 is no stock now.
FF4 will include 3 hand-switch mode(24W、40W and 60W).
The size and price will be the same with FF3.

I might hold off on the FF3 and wait now :)

I'm going to sell my brand new FF3 in hopes of getting an FF4...

I haven't ventured into HID's just yet... what are they going to run for the FF4, or what is the price on the FF3?

I dont own a ff3 but from what i have read they are one of the best if not the best small compact hid out there. I believe they are in the $300 range but the price is unknown yet for the ff4.

I really like Jayrob's comparison review it just makes me want one more.

Yes correct...

Mine is only tested for 10 minutes. Not even a cycle on the new Panasonic 3400 cells.

I want to sell it for $300 or $340 if batteries included. (4 cells)

See the beam comparisons here:

Look how small that bad boy is! (right side)

Hmm, need to find pictures comparing these to the best LED lights.

I've been very leery of going the HID route for lack of modes, warm up time, and shorter bulb life.

IMHO there is no comparison in the amount of light produced by an hid. I have an ebay 75w hid and a bunch of cree xml-t6 lights and the hid is a totally different animal.

I don't have a Polarian, but here's a video showing that the FF3 is better: (IMO)

P.S. If I'm not mistaken, the Polarian is 3 times the cost!
