I picked up one of the FieldBest optical power meters on eBay and also have a LaserBee and old Newport 818P-110-19 that's out of calibration.
The FieldBest seems to work pretty well. I tried testing 2 532nm lasers I have, a "Laser 301" 532nm laser from eBay and a Alcon laser which is supposed to be ~1W. Results are shown below:
The FieldBest seems to match the Newport reasonably well on the high power, and the LaserBee well on the low power. I don't want to go beyond 1 or 2W so the FieldBest seems like a good fit for me.
