Hrm. Hate to say it, but I was wrong on this one. DTR is correct. After having gotten a chance to play with these drivers today in depth, as well as actually attempting a build with one, output voltage, (and thus, current too) does drop as the input voltage drops. Apparently these aren't even CV drivers. They don't really 'regulate' at all. Meaning output voltage is dependent on input voltage. All you appear to be setting with the pot is a voltage ratio.
