faster redirect added

don't know if any of you all noticed, but i set up the site so that when you type in laserpointerforums.com it does a server level redirect to laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl, instead of going to the index.htm file and doing an autorefresh from there.

this should help make it a bit faster when accessing the site
