I have this sitting here and I am not planning on using it so it is here for sale. Price is $25 + $4.50 shipping.
The host uses an aluminum heatsink with set screw. The driver has had all components removed and silicone leads attached. You may want to re-do the attachments though as I think I have the black and red wires opposite what they should be.
This is for US buyers only.
The hole for the module in the heatsink is a smidgen wider than most heatsinks so I recommend thermal epoxy to get good heat transfer to the heatsink. That is what I did with the other one of these hosts that I had.
