FAIL THREAD!!!!

This is one tough guy!
This would be almost enough to ruin your whole day, and ....a good pair of boots! :cryyy:

That's for sure, not knowing what damage that stick did, he could have bled to death on the ride back; he's a lucky guy.

There used to be a product many years ago called "peenot". It would act as an indicator in pool water and turn blue, IIRC, around someone who was too lazy to get out of the water to urinate. Haven't heard anything about it for many years now.

Maybe you are confusing that with Pinot Noir which is a French wine that makes you pee in pools if consumed in excess?

Pinot noir is a red wine grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera. The name may also refer to wines created predominantly from Pinot noir grapes. The name is derived from the French words for pine and black; the pine alluding to the grape variety having tightly clustered, pine cone-shaped bunches of fruit.

As an intended fib or not to stop us, it still must help by keeping at least a few people from peeing..

"Urine-indicator dye is a substance which is supposed to be able to react with urine to form a colored cloud in a swimming pool, thus indicating the location of people who are urinating while they are in the pool. A 2015 report from the National Swimming Pool Foundation called this "the most common pool myth of all time", with nearly half of Americans surveyed by researchers believing that the dye existed.

Rumors of this chemical's existence go back at least as far as 1958, and the story is commonly told to children by parents who do not wish them to urinate in the pool. A 1985 biography of Orson Welles describes him using such a dye as part of a prank in 1937, and references to the substance can be found through popular culture over quite a lengthy time period. However, such a dye does not exist, and although a chemical could be manufactured that would react with urine, it would be difficult to prevent it from reacting to other organic substances present in pool water.

A few companies capitalized on this urban legend by creating professional pool signs that warned that the pool was indeed being monitored with the chemical called "wee alert" or a similar catchy name" ~ from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urine-indicator_dye

Yeah, that was all hashed out some time ago. I know it's a myth and was only stating what I had read/heard many years ago. Also knew about Pinot Noir, though most of the Pinot consumed in this country is domestic.

All in the name of Science?

Ohio students get pepper sprayed as part of their defence tactics training for their criminal science technology class.

I wouldn't do it, but at least it wasn't Kent State and May 4th, 1970. Getting shot there would hurt a lot more.

Willing Teens?
That stuff is nasty. Why would you ever purposely want to be pepper sprayed?

Had to laugh at that bit H2Oxide. :p

Iv'e seen prison guards in training being sprayed to know what to expect just incase they get hit by stray spray, but blasting teens thinking of a criminal justice career I think would change their minds quick:eek:
On one note, the girl on left in the video seemed to be the bravest!

I can understand the chances of guards being hit my stray spray, but why would these kids want to put themselves through it? Yes, her and one of the men.

Mr. Astro already said. "Ohio students get pepper sprayed as part of their defence tactics training for their criminal science technology class."

If I may elaborate: it is also required of many police departments that the trainees be tazed before being allowed to carry a tazer. It is expected you understand the pain you're inflicting on others if you chose to use these weapons. While tazers and pepper spray are incredibly painful, they cause minimal physical harm.

That is not entirely true for tasers as a few people have died from being tased. Heart problems, I would assume.

NOW! YOU CAN BE THE COOLEST GUY ON THE BLOCK WITH THE 5mw 650nm STAGE RED GLASSES LASER

This is a real product i ran into today on the net. Way FUNNY!!!:crackup::crackup:
