why not just press your Print Screen key? It saves an image of your screen to your clipboard so you can paste it into your MSPaint canvas using the selection tool.

because i think he was asking about a quick way to snap some shots with a camera, not just from the screen

I know this is a little off topic, but is there a way to take screen shots very quickly when something happens?

I use Xfire. It's great for chatting in-game, and you can do screenshots and videos as well. Let me know if you get it... I'll add you.
