2 Weeks without pay, and PAID training to put this moron back on the job... Disciplinary fail.

His job is to protect and serve, he failed to do either, he should have been fired for cause, with no benefits.

He also should have been prosecuted for imprisonment, and false arrest.

Cops/law enforcement should be held to a higher standard when they commit a crime, because of the power they are entrusted with. Instead it seems whenever a cop is involved the punishment is always the absolute minimum possible.

Good cops always wonder why people hate them so much, even though they try to do their best. It's because of how the bad ones are handled.

Sorry for the rant... this kind of stuff makes me
