extremely slow loading

For the past week or so the site has been extremely sluggish - taking literally minutes to completely load some pages. Is it just me? No other sites are acting that way.

haven't noticed any speed issues this week and according to the server stats there has been very little load on the server

I don't have any probs with loading LPF.

interesting - I'll have to do some detective work on this end - strange how only LPF is affected though. Maybe there's some component of some posts - like a sig or avatar - that my ISP is hanging on.

I've made lots of threads about it in the past. It's a very strange problem.

i do, and know other sites are acting this way. im sure it is to do with the adds and im not saying remove them. but maybe if they were samller in size, also, i see there are several templates you can chose from, what has the smallest size ~ faster.
