Hi everyone,

Lasers have always fascinated me, from their precise engineering to the wide range of applications. Whether it’s experimenting with different wavelengths, learning about optics, or just enjoying the artistry of beam shows, I find it all incredibly engaging. Recently, I’ve been working on a few DIY projects involving custom housings and improving beam stability—it’s been a great hands-on learning experience.

Outside of lasers, I have plenty of hobbies to keep me busy. Exploring the outdoors through camping, fishing, and 4x4 trails is a favorite, and when I’m at home, I like tinkering with RC planes and electronics. It’s all about discovering how things work and pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Looking forward to connecting with others here—what are your favorite laser mods or experiments?

My favorite experiments are all the times when I have used my lasers for different experiments, burning stuff, popping balloons, night sky shots, laser beam shots etc. You can see my laser collection of my signature!

Also when I have used my laser power meter to know the true output of all my lasers.

My favorite mod was once when I increased the output of my JD851 laser pointer that managed to peak 93mW.

More mods and experiments will I make in the future :)

Welcome to LPF,

For me personally my favorite experiment is the liquid sky effect it's really beautiful when done right.

Wow, your passion for lasers is seriously inspiring! Love how you blend technical skills with creative exploration.
