Error 80191002

I need some help with my shitty pc skills. For some reason I can't log in my msn or email. It says that my kontact list isn't available at the moment, error code: 80191002. Well it's been three days now and I looked over the Internets and found out that Perfect Optimizer should fix the problem. I installd it and started scanning. It made progress for an hour but just stopped at 90%-ish and it's gone another 4 hours now without doing anything. To make things worse it says that I should not cancel the scanning cus that would cause PC problems that would never be found??

What should I do here? Effing hate this!:gun:

It may be a weird time problem. Look at your time and date settings and set it correctly to today's date + time.

The time and date is correct also.

well I'm pretty sure that perfect optimizer program won't do much, sounds BS to me.

I'd try downloading the newest version of MSN and try that.

Also it would help to download and use Malwarebytes ( Malwarebytes.org ) and run that once.

I've had the same problem tonight, but a different error number, I get it sometimes, it works perfectly during the day but at night it tends to stop working...

I get an error informing me theres something wrong with my firewall blocking it and I've tried everything to solve it, then it works again in the morning or later on.

I totally re-installed msn, rebooted, and yelled allot at the laptop and finally got it working!

Yeah, yelling at laptop works everytime.

That's the first law of electronics, if it doesn't work... hit it until it does
