Embedding youtube videos

Hi, i am trying to embed a youtube video onto the forum and i everything i can find on the internet doesnt seem to work. Can someone let me know what the code is to embed youtube videos. Thanks.

copy the digits ager the = sign. sometimes there is an & sign at the end. only copy till there

then make this [*yt]insert copied digits[*/yt]
take out the astrisks
