Most of my hobbies involve excessive lighting. I have been fascinated by LEDs for a while. This has moved me to turn my car into a disco party with excessive lighting and after market speakers. I can't forget to mention lasers which has been one of my latest obsessions.

But anyway, since I saw the movie TRON LEGACY my love for excessive lighting has blown up. Recently I wanted to make a tron suit. Many of you have probably heard of the tron guy Tron Guy | Know Your Meme. Yes, I know he is actually quite offensive. He used EL wire in his suit. I thought about this method but it is outdated. After more searching I came across the most amazing thing (more or less) I have seen in a while. It is called Light Tape. It is not really that new and we all have probably seen it somewhere before.

There are other manufactures with similar stuff, but Light Tape seems like the best. Unfortunately, it is somewhat expensive and hard to order. I am thinking about getting some or something similar after I finish some current projects.

i've been using eL wire for years. here are some pix of some costumes i've made.
