Got a black colored 5mw greenie off Ebay and there is no internal adjustment to crank up the power. Any suggestions?
 





Since you are into lasers and associated electronics, you will need to determine which resistor to "jumper" to increase the current. Things have changed a lot since the Leadlight 105 days. Good to have another experimenter here to help us.

Also, keep in mind its an internal adjustment to crank up power to the diode. Messing with it is a great way to kill your laser. A lot of lasers are now made to just meet their output specs if even that - meaning that you can't really get much more than 5mW out of the laser regardless of what mods you do.
