=S I ordered a 200mw laser from dx (I live in uk) I used normal air mail not EMS, Will i be ok?

that sucks -- I thought DX would be more helpful.  For my edification, was it the expedited or regular shipping???  (what is EMS??)

Since I have never ordered anything that has been taken before, will they just keep it for them selfs?
Is there nothing he can do to get it?  

Yeah, they will just keep it for themselves. Customs are little better than criminals, they charge so much, sometimes even more than an item is worth, or just keep it for there own collection.

That really sucks that DX dosen't have any re-ship policy, sorry to hear about about your loss. :'( I am SO glad I live in Canada, our laws make SO much more sense than in the States! :
