i got it and it burns nicely with a lens

It will cut plastics and light matches without any tampering with the pot, just focus it down to a pinprick.

Also, if you do blow it up in the end it makes a very nice heatsink, and you can also fit the aixiz modules in there if you're up for some experimenting.

You shouldn't need an additional lens, just turn the head to focus it to a point.

Maybe a screwdriver would work, I don't know how big the focusing ring is though.

Have you checked the batteries? If the batteries are good you can try messing with the pot. If messing with the pot doesn't bring it back to life your laser is officially dead.

yeah battery's are good and the pot came messed up so i can't move it. :'(

i pronounced it dead today so i pushed it out of the heat sink which was really easy.It looks like a glass lens and the module could be good.Almost like a brass merit housing.
