dx dvd burner

its a laptop drive stuck in a tiny case :D

(its highly unlikely a laptop sized dvd burner will have a usable sized diode)

Some guy on their forums said that he did a Price Match to a $42 version and DX only dropped it $5.

yeah, laptop drives usually use square/crappy diode packages, so even if it wasn't so stupidly expensive the diode would be worthless

I've said this countless times also, they usually have rectangular 12Pin diodes, that unless you had the machinery necessary to make a module for it, they are worthless.
