Idk, but i think it's a redirection to a secondary server or something like that.....zippyshare does the same.....but you can even go to www12.XXXXXXXXX.com

It's some sort of DNS error... Basically, every computer on the internet has an IP address associated with it, and every fully qualified domain name like "www.example.com" is linked to a specific IP address via a database distributed through the internet. It seems that the IP address associated with www.dealextreme.com has been changed. Either the computer hosting the site was changed or something related to their IP address has changed.

These problems usually resolve themselves within 72h or so.
