duty cycle for this laser and heatsink

how long do you think i could run this laser for in minutes. its at 300ma and has this heatsink in the picture, it is a 20x dvd ld

20X LD is open can by my understandings.

depending on the snugness of fit of the heat sink, i would say a minute or two would be safe with a minute or two cooling off.

Well, power it up and see how long it takes for the heatsink to get up to around 140F.
