dusted off my old MOBOLAZER SHOW

first off , hello from sask canada.

I lost my parents back in 2000 and with a bank account full of cash i went out and bought a red green 50 mw (20 green/30red) projector from mobolaser along with the gscan head.

soon after I bought some sort of mod that included a chip that gave me more options with the scan head and also the abbility to input text with a laptop.

today I pulled out all the gear and set it up in the shop and it all works as it did new!!!

my question is this, can this head do annimation other than the basic stuff that it already does?

if you had this stuff what would you do with it??

I am planning on setting it up in my car in front of my business to write text at night on a big wall but other than that maybe a show at a school dance ect.

this setup cost me $8000 back in 2000 when the can dollar was at about %55

about $5000 us

Mobolazers are great, I imagine that if it is capable of text display then it probably has galvos. If the unit has an ILDA port then with a DAC you should be able to display whatever you want within the limits of the galvos.
