DTR BDR-209 405nm Laser Diode Complete Datasheet?

I bought the DTR BDR-209 405nm Laser Diode with the G2 Lens from DTR store.

I'm trying to find the datasheet for the BDR-209 405nm Laser Diode.

I'm sure it should have one since it is a quality laser diode.

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to find the beam quality M2 values for it.

I don't know if they have an official datasheet because they are pulls from bluray drives but I'm probably wrong

Arent those sleds from Sony? Only diode on their site that fits the bill is Sld3237vf

Yes, seems like the Sony's "Sld3237vf" diode is the one used by "BDR-209 405nm Blu Ray Drives".

I am surprised the radiation angles aren't a bit tighter for that diode because it collimates into a very thin beam and can focus down to a very tiny spot many feet away using just a standard 6.3 mm laser pointer lens. Must be the wavelength, I have found the shorter the wavelength, the easier it is to focus to a very intense tiny spot.
