driver for xja140 help pls

Hello,
I have been reading for a few days and have not been able to find a 500-1000mw driver board.I wish to make a burner out of the 1 watt blu ray and use its full power.I have the LD.

Well there is no 1W bluray well unless you want it to run for a few seconds and go poof.:yabbem: Bluray is meant to refer to a 405nm diode harvested out of a Bluray burners. There are also 1W 445nm diodes that are harvested from a projector that will do well over 1W.
whichever diode you have or are looking at a good driver is the flexdrive from drlava if you are using a single Li-Ion 3.7V battery in your host.:beer:

This diode was extracted from a new ***** xja-140..1 Watt 445nm Blue Laser Diode .. sorry I said blu ray.

The flexdrive v5 is probably the favourite for the a140 diode builds. DTR linked the website above.
