hey, thanks for this awesome review... I am thinking of getting this as my first laser, just a quick question... do you notice the rectangle beam ? i mean is it annoying when you are used to round beams?

The beam (to me atleast) looks perfectly round.

So this a legit decent product, which will burn and is worth the money, no issues, nothing wrong, as want one, but was fucked over with online sites before, help anyone?

I saw a review of a Spartan on YT and the guy pointed out that the white cylinder in the battery chamber can be pulled out and then a 18650 battery will fit and the tailcap will close. Would it be a bad idea to use an 18650 to replace the CR batteries in this manner?

Yes, the voltages do not match-1x 18650 provides 3.7V to 4.2V, 2x CR123A is around 6V-7V. Also, note how old the thread is
