Hey guys, I was thinking to buy a "labby" as it I'd nicknamed, and before i even bother researching it, I was wondering what I could point it at that it wouldn't burn. Do they sell something for that purpuse? Thanks.

Not quite sure of your question other than you want to
purchase a labby....:undecided:

A fire brick may be overkill unless you are using a high power co2 laser, but it would do the trick and should be cheap at a local home improvement store.

Yeah, I'm not too comfortable with burning marks in my wall. The laser is 2w.

Any recommendations for goggles?

I'm on a <50 budged for the goggles btw.

He is saying buy a brick and aim the laser at it to stop the beam.

Your budget for goggles is < $50

Your budget for a laser is $2,000+

???

Hw stated it's two watts. Which I read as a 1-1,3w 445 in a makeshift heatsink.

He stated:

- 2W
- Labby
- DPSS

It doesn't matter what DPSS wavelength you go with, 2W of it won't come at under $2,000

Hmmm. I didn't see him mention DPSS anywhere. Maybe I'm still missing it though.
